Great location, great facilities, excellent services, excellent restaurant. Welcome drinks and welcome soba are great when you arrive. The room amenities are thoughtful as well. Coin laundry is available. The rooftop lounge is excellent.

The negative reviews of this hotel are unfair. We found the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed, very clean, fresh and good linen. The location is in the doorstep of trains and underground. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The location is excellent, as it is situated in Hakata Station, making it very convenient for commuting. Outstanding service in addressing customer requests. The room is tidy and comfortable. Customers can enjoy a delightful breakfast featuring Fukuoka food.

Great location right in front of the railway station. Despite the busy surroundings, the hotel was impressively quiet. Fukuoka was just a stopover on our journey to the Aso area—we arrived late in the afternoon and left early the next morning. Looking for something to do in the meantime, we asked the staff for recommendations. They were incredibly helpful and directed us to a nearby park filled with blooming sakura trees. - Location, next to Hakata station - Staff, very polite - Compared to my previous stay (2 days before, where I had stayed in a single room) I had booked a double room (finding a deal for the same price as the single one) and this time the room was significantly better, with 2 windows of which one enabling lots of light to come in (to me this is very important). Also, being at the end of the corridor and far from the elevator it was much quieter than the single one. - Breakfast buffet was ok - I was able to store my luggage for 24 hrs - Appreciated the 1 pm check-in time

Location was a few minutes walk from Hakata Station. Very accessible in terms of transport and near restaurants/cafe even McDonalds.

Perfect location, with less than 5 minutes walk to the subway. Room is spacious and is enough to fully open one 29’ luggage.

German tourist. The hotel is located right next to Hakata Station and major stores like Pokémon Center, Uniqlo etc. can be reached within a 5min walk. There‘s also a big FamilyMart right across the hotel, making it super convenient. There’s a vending machine in every floor in case laziness wins. Rooms were perfectly sized for one person. The coin laundry worked well and the machines were always clean. Cleaning service was also very meticulous, so the rooms and bathroom stayed always clean.

King+ size comfortable bed, daily towels and bottle water, the onsen facilities is super.

Location and the convenience. Very cheap as well. The room seam a bit bigger than in other TI hotels I stayed long time a go so that's a bonus too. It's perfect place for quick transitioning between cities and when you are on a busy schedule. Also always free breakfast I didn't use it as I had to go very early but it's really good. Lastly they are better prepared for modern world than 5 star hotels! I love that they installed USB and Ctype chargers!!! Big bonus for overseas travellers like myself

It was a lovely hotel that had some character. It was located less than a 7minute away from the station and was close to everything I wanted to see

We had a long trip in Kyushu and stayed in 5 different hotels and ryokans. This was by far the best stay even though the rooms aren't fancy. The hotel is right behind Hakata Station, with plenty of food options around. The room is slightly larger than expected and very clean. There's Netflix and other streaming apps on the TV. The staff are all professional and polite, and could help us whenever needed. The best part - we could control the airconditioner in the room - which is the most important for us when travelling, as older hotels tend to have central A/C which may be shut off at night during colder months.
