Just few minutes walk from hakata station, room is quite spacious in my opinion when comparing to other hotels in japan At least i can open my luggage without hassels The toiletries provided (from reception) is so good quality especially the DHC ones

The room was clean, quiet and spacious and I appreciated the eco-friendly policy for the amenities (you could take the ones you needed at the hotel lobby). The staff was really nice and, unlike many hotels in the same category, this one stood out for its more polished, business-focused atmosphere.

Close to multiple transit options - 10 min walk from Hakata station and metro, 5 min walk to buses. Close to food and shine in a wooded area.
We were top floor so had a lovely view. Staff were friendly and helpful, though the ones we talked to had limited English (we used our Japanese to bridge the gap)
The room felt very swanky - spacious (especially by Japanese hotel standards) and even had a chandelier! The bathroom is the largest I've seen (it was probably an accessible bathroom, though we didn't request one)

This quiet and immaculate hotel is probably the nicest accommodation we have had during our 5 weeks in Japan. The reception staff were very kind and helpful in the quiet and reserved Japanese way we have come to appreciate. Our room was spacious, had all the amenities we could possibly require. Easy to find, and only a 10 minute walk to Hakata station. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was good. Hotel was 10 minutes from Hakata Station and from Canal City. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Breakfast was good but leaned more to Japanese style food.
We stayed in a superior twin room so the size was good.
We were on the 8th floor so our room was quiet - no noise from adjacent rooms or from road.

The hotel is perfectly located, a couple of minutes from Canal city and Kawabata gallery, and just in front of a subway stop. It is also at waling distance from Hakata station. It is clean and cozy as most hotels in Japan. It has also a small public bath (onsen style), which is a nice extra. Thre breakfast is rich in fresh Japanese food.

The hotel is conveniently close to Hakata Station, an easy 3-4 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. With my limited Japanese and their limited English, we still managed to communicate successfully.

Family of 4 from UK - stayed in Japanese family room, futons on floor for kids (who also loved the massage chair!). Was a lovely room, very big for Japan with lobby, living area and bedroom. Cool little bath like a plunge pool too.
Located right outside Hakata station, it would be hard to find somewhere more convenient for the Shinkansen, subway and airport (which is 7 mins on the subway).
Also one of our cheapest rooms in the trip. Our favourite hotel room by far.

Perfect location & decent size room for a Japanese hotel. The bed was large which was great as most "doubles" are quite narrow. The shower was spacious and everything was clean. The location is super quick and easy to Hakata station or Hakata bus terminal and close to all the large shopping centres. Easy check in and easy check out.

About 15 minutes’ walk from Hakata Station which was convenient enough. The hotel looked quite new throughout and guest rooms are well-equipped. Very impressed by the buffet breakfast which was a nice variety of both Western and Japanese food.
