The drinks in the freezer, the kitchen, shower room. Everything is perfect. I feel warm welcome here and wish to come back and stay again. The place is better than the pictures

Very comfortable rooms in a quiet area that is not, however, too far from the centre of Yufuin. I could walk to Yufuin station in about 20 minutes and the owners were also generous enough to lend me their (battery assist) bicycle for one day. The hospitality is excellent with a very friendly owner, and many cats! Excellent Japanese-style breakfast that filled me up for hours.

The view from the in-room onsen was beautiful. The hotel had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Normally other Japanese ryokans can’t change their kaiseki menu, but they changed their menu to accommodate my partner’s allergy. The bed was big and super comfy. They also offered shuttle bus service to Yufuin station.

The hotel is opposite side of the Yufuin station, very close to the station and convenient. We received the instructions after we booked the hotel. The room is quite big and there is onsen room on the third floor, we did not use it because it is always occupied all the time when we stayed there.

We walked to the hotel from JR Yufuin Station in less than 10-minute. Attentive and friendly staffs. Great dinner, we don’t have stomach for desserts and the staff asked if we would like to have our dessert packed. Yufuin Floral Village is close-by.
