Old style charm with helpful concierge, easy parking, and a nice view of Yokohama. Very comfortable and next to Chinatown. Would stay there again.

A Luxury Hotel, best service in the city! Large and beautiful rooms, where everything is designed best for full comfort and a luxury atmosphere. Located very close to a train station. The cleaning was excellent, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay, no doubt we will come back!

It is a great hotel in a beautiful place. Free gym, onsen and a combini in the building open 24/7.

Loved the design of the room, although somewhat unsuitable for our 8mo we managed. LOVED the body scrubbers from the amenities station. On site bakery was very good, was cool to see how much use the hotel spaces were getting from patrons, very telling of the quality/ambience. Dog friendly hotel, was nice to run into so many dogs! There was even a special doggy play room for them. The rooftop overlooking the stadium was cool. Extremely well located near Kannai station and the view of the stadium from our room was a nice surprise. The store was stocked with some really cute items. We stayed at an OMO in Tokyo too - both hotels made me wish I’d had more time to take in and utilise the spaces and amenities the hotel provided for guests. Very well done, highly recommend.

Excellent location Beautiful room but the staff were absolutely outstanding

Staff were friendly and developed excellent rapport by remembering who you are and what you previously asked for. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Amenities were stocked daily. The econplan for not getting new sheets was a excellent green incentive and value.

A new hotel and very clean. Staff are nice. Location is perfect around the Chinatown. 7eleven and another mart nearby. Their sauna is the best! Will come back someday. Love this hotel so much.
