A very convenient location to the train station. We visited for the Kawagoe Million Lights Summer Festival. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying At this hotel.

I’ve stayed here mid week and chose the shared bedroom (8beds total) I was pleasantly surprised to find out nobody was sharing the room with me and the bathrooms were cleaned perfectly. The lounge floor was great with plenty of seats and a small kitchen and machines

    Excellent value for this price!!! Close to the tourist spot Little Edo (the old Kawagoe downtown). A bit far too the stations, but the bus stop is just across the street and all three stations are alos in walking distance. As we had a lot of luggage (that accumulated from day to day in Japan), we used a taxi to get from SEIBU Hon-Kawagoe station for only JPY 900! We will come back in one of our next Japan trips.

    It’s near the Kawagoe station, 3 minutes walk. It’s convenient that there are restaurants and stores near by. Room is very cleaning. Staffs are nice, when I check in, it seems there are 2 available reservations but staffs help to resolve this nicely. Room is a little bit small compared to with other country but it’s normal in Japan.

    The hotel is clean and a good size for a Japanese hotel. Whenever I have family or friends visiting (4 times by now) they always stay at this hotel. They all love staying here. It’s close to kawagoe station/convenient store (7/11). Tokyo is around 43 min away also. The breakfast is also amazing.

    The location is perfect. I arrived in a heavily rainy day but because there was a covered walkway from Kawagoe station to the hotel , so I almost didn’t get wet. It’s near shops, restaurants, and bus stops. The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is good.

    Is near to Hon-kawagoe station, is like 300m, JR station is slightly far, around 800m. Good location, close to Saitama old town. A lot nice Japanese snack you can get it there. Love the public shower in the hotel, the onsen is good. Breakfast is very good too.

    The room is very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very good with easy access about 5mins walk from Kawagoe station. My luggage bag lock was spoilt and the hotel staff was very helpful to help sort out. Right below the hotel is a mall with many cafes, convenient shop and restaurants. Price is reasonable and a good hotel to stay for trip to Kawagoe.

    The bed was very comfortable and spacious for 2! The room was also very clean and the view from our room was nice. Location was convenient as it's connected to Kawagoe Station.
