Great place. Just a step away from the train station (Saitama Shintoshin) - hotel entrance is located at the same level as the exit/entrance to the train station. So smooth. The room is quite comfortable (nice and clean). The reception of the hotel is quite amazing. They have opened up the space for the reception and dinning room, where we had the breakfast. I think it is much better option than staying a hotel in Omiya. Their price is not bad at all. You can enjoy the upscale hotel room at very comfortable pricing. The staff service was a top notch. The continental breakfast is a must.
