Super cheap (3 weeks under 1200 USD) the staff is super friendly, they clean daily, common areas are always spotless, the Kitakami station is next door, 7eleven and lawson station convenience stores are walking distance, but the hotel will arrange cab rides anytime you need them, and will book in advance.
