We had a wonderful stay at Unazuki Onsen Yamanoha. The **staff were extremely polite, helpful, and explained all the available facilities in detail**, which made us feel very welcomed from the start. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a spectacular view of the Kurobe Gorge and its iconic red bridge— truly a highlight of our stay. It provided a peaceful and scenic atmosphere, perfect for relaxing as a family. The onsen was comfortable and enjoyable, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from Unazuki Onsen Station, which made it very convenient for us. We especially loved the dinner buffet — it offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, while the breakfast was good as well. An added highlight was the sightseeing train ride through the Kurobe Gorge, which was a fun and memorable experience for the kids. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Japan. Highly recommended for families!

    Very spacious room, with separate areas for living and sleeping. Amazing view of the bridge out the window! Breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious and so many food options! Very nice bathing facilities and complimentary coffee in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Unazukionsen area and Kurobe Gorge train.

    The staff was very kind. The room was huge and well decorated. They had 2 onsens which were spectacular. They had indoor and outdoor baths. The breakfast and dinner were amazing with so many wonderful choices! They held my luggage while I went on the Kurobe Gorge railway. Overall, it was a beautiful, elegant place to stay.
