Our stay at the Hotel New Otani Osaka was excellent from start to finish. The hotel location is fantastic, especially with the beautiful view overlooking Osaka Castle, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities provided. The beds were especially comfortable, allowing us to rest very well after long days exploring the city. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding service from the concierge team and the head of staff. We had an issue related to a previous hotel, not connected to New Otani Osaka at all, and they still went far beyond their responsibilities to help and support us. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist were truly exceptional and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good, although the breakfast room could get quite busy at peak times. Despite this, the staff remained very attentive and helpful. Including variety of choices, fruits and freshly prepared eggs and omelets. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families too and for its location, comfort, cleanliness, and especially the outstanding level of customer service.

We booked 3 nights during spring, we had a wonderful walk early morning in the Sakuranomiya Park nearby. Location was so convenient for our plans, the room was fairly wide for the 2 of us and for our 2 big suitcases. Cleanliness was up to the Japan standards, amenities were more than enough, and the free facilities were beyond our expectations. The staff made our stay wonderful as they greet us in and out everyday, helped us with the money coin exchange to use the laundry room, answered to all our questions and requests during the stay and assisted us with calling a taxi on checkout.

Room excellent, breakfast good ($13), having. Vending machine on my floor was great…it’s such a nice and quiet area, train station 200 metres away, but you can’t hear trains…lovely walk along river 100 metres away…I loved my 9 night ORH…

I loved the size of the room. The good quality buffet breakfast. The friendly and helpful staff. The room was really modern and it had everything we needed. The spa was really and it was a new experience

everything! check in was so smooth! got a free room upgrade to universal room when they saw my aunt on wheelchair. super convenient room with railing and great space for wheelchair! our second room was super good too! clean bedsheets and toilets! everything was snow white! definitely will be back if we have the chance to! good location, they have link bridge to keihan and jr lines in less than 5 min, super convenient for wheelchair.

It is only a 5 - 8 min walk from the station (depending on how fast you walk). There are so many eateries around and at night, there are plenty of nice bars. It has everything I need, toiletries, hot water, a microwave at the lobby and so on. The room is big enough for me to open up my cabin-size luggage, the toilet is clean, and wifi is great for working remotely. I have no complaints. I would stay here again if I'm looking for hotels in Kyobashi next time.

First, it’s important to note that this is a love hotel, not a traditional hotel. That said, it offers everything you might need for a comfortable and well-equipped stay—perfect even if you're heading straight to work afterward. The room includes various amenities such as vending machines, food and breakfast ordering via the TV, music and lighting control from a panel next to the bed, and a bathtub. Each room in the Hotel has a different design, so the style may vary from what you expect, but all are thoughtfully arranged. Complimentary fizzy drinks, tea, cocoa, and some snacks are provided in the room, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this place for couples—it adds an extra layer of fun and atmosphere to your stay. The location is also excellent: very well connected to the metro system, just a short distance from the castle, and close to scenic riverbanks and walkable paths. Especially during the cherry blossom season, the surroundings are stunning. Overall, one of the best places to stay in the city for both convenience and charm.

The location is essential but cozy enough. The room is comfortable and within the standard for a business / short stay hotel. Automatic check-in was smooth and the refilling of clean towels and amenities consistent. Position was great for me, although might be a bit "peripheral". However, it's a short metro ride to Umeda and even a reasonable walk, if one's up to it.

Everything! Clean, well decorated, comfy, nice piyamas, and best of all real slow drip coffee for breakfast! (I didn't take the complementary breakfast, this is just what the hotel offers at the reception to take to your room) they have a small Onsen in the hotel and a "only women" elevator that takes you there, also great skin care products! Was a wonderful experience I would definitely repeat! it was a bit of a walk from the station if you are carrying heavy bags but otherwise is very easy to reach. great food places nearby!

For the price this hotel is exceptional. Onsen was a huge plus! Internet is fast and reliable, breakfast buffet had loads of options.

Location is absolutely perfect, close to underground lines and Osaka castle. Housekeeping is doing a great job, room was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast, however the same was offered during our three days.

Such a beautiful hotel, they should have four stars at least, I’m surprised it’s considered a 3 star hotel
