I loved everything about the hotel, room , staff, hospitality and whole experience

The location, the staff, the room, the whole hotel!

Rooms are spacious. Very clean and quiet. Privacy assured. Beautiful japanese garden within the hotel. Shopping areas within 7 minutes walk. Shuttle bas provided.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in all aspects. The room was very clean and I loved the SDG aspect.

The staff was friendly and when I did not know specific words or phrases they were able to use their English to fill the gap. The room and location were both good and the room was fairly clean.

Exceptional Service！ I am very grateful to the staff at Grand Hyatt Tokyo for their exceptional support. When my luggage was delayed in transit from Kyoto, the staff proactively contacted the courier company and ensured it was delivered to my room before I returned. Thanks to their help, I was able to catch my flight on time without any stress. Truly excellent service!

Very close to bus stops, place is smaller but that was expected. Bed was fantastic, all amenities you could need available, inclusive of pajamas, slippers, hangers (coat and regular) dental kits, extension cord, a multi-device charging cable and hairdryer. Only thing not available is an iron. Should you need to do laundry, self laundering is available for a small fee. Staff very helpful, I accidentally locked myself out of my room one morning and was able to call for assistance via the intercom. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at all times. I stayed 10 days and will choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Very well appointed and the biggest bathroom in all of my travels. Very clean. Handy to railway station and short walk to river.

The hotel is easy to find and just a few minutes walk from Meguro JR station which is on the convenient Yamanote line. They offer free coffee and tea 24 hours in the lobby, and a selection of free pastries for breakfast. Great if you are a coffee and croissant person for breakfast. The room was a standard business hotel size and the bed was comfortable. They offer ammenities in the lobby and pyjamas for use and there are coffee and tea making facilities with a mini bar fridge. Stay over cleaning was excellent. I would like to thank Yurika for her friendly and helpful service during check in and my stay. She is an asset to the FO team.

The facility is too clean, beautiful and comfortable to describe in words, its location is close to everywhere, its staff are friendly and it has an incredibly charming room and bathroom 🌸🌸🌸🌸👌👌

They let us check in 30 minutes earlier, which was a shocker for us. Mr. B at the reception was also very friendly and kind. Great stay in Tokyo, close to everything of major interest as well as well-connected with the airports with the Asakusa line. We would definitely choose this accommodation again should we visit Tokyo in the future.

Location is ideal - Ebisu is a perfect base for anyone looking to explore Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. Our room was perfect - great amenities, clean, comfortable and a wonderful view which was an unexpected bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have any breakfast so can’t comment but I loved the little touches such as the sheet masks, bath salts & teas in the reception area available to guests. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.

Unbeatable location, style, cleanliness, shower, facilities. Overall the best bit was the location, 5 mins from station on a really useful line, loads of cafe and shops nearby.

Location was perfect, 5mins walk to Ebisu station, quiet, many convenience stores around. Friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean. We have arrived before the check in time, the staff advised we can use the lockers to store luggages free of charge. Highly recommended, would definately stay again!
