Th staff was super friendly and helpful. The smell, ambience and breakfast was amazing! We also loved the attention to details in the room: the relax scent oil, flowers, pijamas and mini bar selection.

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms, located in a enjoyable part of Tokyo (loads of great eating and shopping nearby, subway very close as well, just a few stops from Shibuya and Ginza). Staff were really helpful, spoke great English. Rooms were big with facilities to cook and wash clothes if you need, TV had international channels.

The location is amazing! 10min walk from Shibuya station, 10min from Harajuku (heaven for food). The shopping area is right next door. SPA which is open late into night was life saviour after long walks in Tokyo! The staff were very helpful, but they can improve their English a bit. Breakfast was great, would suggest more options when it comes to coffee. Bus station for Shinjuku 1 min away. Overall a really nice place to stay in Tokyo if you like a buzz
