The space, the bed, the overall ambience

The facilities were spotless and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful room amenities—ironing board, alarm clock, and even a universal charger were all provided. The breakfast was exceptional and definitely a highlight of the stay. Highly recommend!

The location of this hotel was right next to Gotanda Station (Yamamote Line) which made it so convenient to travel around. The rooms were a bit too small but manageable if you’re just there to sleep because we were usually out and about the entire day. It’s away from all the crowd, hustle and bustle but closer to all convenience. It has a family mart on the ground floor making it a bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was great- clean, spacious enough (four single beds). Staff explained things in English. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and had ingredient cards by each dish detailing allergens in that dish. My friends successfully avoided gluten and dairy , getting enough to eat with no ill effects. Parking under hotel is expensive, but reasonable for Tokyo and convenient. Right next to Osaki station with the Yamanote line among others.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in all aspects. The room was very clean and I loved the SDG aspect.

Hotel is new and immaculate. Very Zen vibes, 2 restaurants in the hotel and loads in the mall attached. The train line is underneath the hotel so Tokyo is there waiting to be explored.

Close to Hatanodai Station, quick reception handling (did not ask for my residence card), spacious bed for single room, enough amenities for a short stay

Great location, 5min walk to Gotanda Station which is connected to the Yamnote Line and Asakusa Line= brings you everywhere fast. We were 5 people and it was quite spacious. Own laundry machine, nice to have. Comfortable stay

Clean and bright room with comfortable bed

Very friendly and speedy check in. The bath was deep enough for my height 181 CMS and the water was nice and hot. Very comfortable stay and really convenient for my work.

I love Gotanda area, the interior of the hotel is stunning, the food at breakfast is so good !! Staff speaks English, Rooms are spacious and amenities are always available . 100/100 recommend

Great location right above the station

The room was spacious and comfortable and it contained all ammenities we needed. The hotel is near the Gotanda station from which we easily reached other Tokyo areas. I used the public bath almost every day and the outdoor bath was great. The breakfast was good.
