Very clean and the staffs were nice and helpful. Location is convenience.

Absolutely amazing place,super clean and quiet, helpful staff,especially the more mature lady from the reception. Great location, close to two metro stations, good size room,all essentials available.

Free breakfast wasn't included with the cost of the room. However, the room had all the necessities which was worth the cost of the room.

All the staffs were exceptionally friendly! they greeted everyone with a smile and made us feel welcomed. the location was superb, just a minute walk from the Tennōji Station, and there's a lot to do in the station alone! wish we had more time to spend at the area. we chose this hotel because it had a direct train to the airport, and we had an early flight to catch. now, we wished we stayed longer :)

It was clean and new and the staff was great.

The location was nice, with the most stunning view from the room. Perhaps the location is not prime but its right next to a huge train station, so very easy to get around. The stuff was absolutely phenomenal.

The absolute indulgence and value for money. The setting, onsens, pool for children, conveniences , close to station, and most of all breakfast buffet.
