Everything is good: check in/out, breakfast, onsen, free ice cream, coffee, orange juice, tea, free noodles in the evenings.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They even helped me bring my luggage to get it shipped. I truly appreciate the kind gesture and the attentiveness during my stay. The hotel is well situated and walkable distance from all the major sites.

Really modern, clean & functional

The receptionists were exceptionally helpful! Very impressive! And overall it was great. Big room, yummy breakfast and good location.

The room had a traditional tatami and low table sitting which was really cozy. The beds were very comfortable as well. We both really enjoyed our stay!

Location is near Gion station (just walk few minutes) and also near hakata station ( elak only 10 minutes)

Size of room was great for more than one person. Facilities great. Very comfortable bedding on tatami. Private onsen was perfect.

Walkable to canal city. The room is reasonably comfortable.

Check in instructions are clear. Room is clean and all required are available. We have 4 pax and booked a 6pax room so we have more space. (Usually we expect tight spaces in Japan). The location is great too, surrounded by all the required kombini (Lawson, Famimart, 7 Eleven). Also walking distances to Canal City and if you're adventurous, even Tenjin.

Location was centrally located near Hakata Station. The lobby was good as it offered a small space for us to drop our luggages before I find parking around the area. It has laundry facilities which I liked a lot!

Beautiful modern property in a good location. Six minutes walk to the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to Tenjin. Breakfast needs to be ordered the day prior. There were many restaurant options around the hotel the staff were all helpful.

Good location. Worth for money

Not far from Hakata Station The room is clean and bed is comfy. Shared bathroom and shower room are clean. Perfect for solo traveller, if two people might be a little small.
