1. Great Breakfast: Breakfast was delivered to the room at about 8:30 AM, featuring coffee, juice, eggs, sausage, and toast— it was nice to have breakfast without leading the room. 2. Responsive Staff: The staff quickly addressed concerns and were genuinely apologetic for any issues and shortcomings of the building and management. 3. Helpful Team: Staff were accommodating, assisting with transportation - this made leaving this place fast and I was happy to get away.
