The hotel as well the room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We had a good sleep. Breakfast is great. Location is near to everything, restaurants, grocery store. Shout out to the receptionist Nuryal (not sure if it is her correct name), she’s very accommodating, pleasant personality and friendly.

The location of the Mercure Almaty City Center hotel is impeccable. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay from our first steps in the hotel all the way to check out. The suite we booked was very spacious and had nice amenities. It's a great place to stay in the lead up to big events.

We had a fantastic stay at Apart Hotel Colibri. Thanks to Mr. Alex who made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a residential area, quite safe for families and very close to important tourist attractions. The facilities in the room were good and perfect. WIFI is fast.
