Highly recommended to stay in; by the way, it is really a new hotel and I was impressed that it has been only 2 months since opening. In addition, the receptionists are very respectable and kind.

The hotel is very good, with excellent facilities, although I didn't get the opportunity to try the pool. The staff are very friendly and professional and extremely helpful in all areas. The rooms are kept in very good condition and serviced regularly. The rooms are equipped with all varieties of supplies and disposables in case you forget anything. I loved the spacious walk-in shower. In-room dining is very good, the food is high quality, and room service support easy to use and courteous. Good selection of food types and a good wine list. The hotel is well located and provides transport facilities, at a small cost. The concierge is exactly what you would expect and you can ask almost anything, booking external restaurants, shopping and local information. There are plenty of comfortable meeting spaces and most areas have incredible views of the city and/or mountains. Next to the hotel, just a few minutes walk, is a shopping centre, the Essentai Mall, a high end collection of quality stores with a very good supermarket in the basement. I can highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure, and will definitely visit again when I am next in Almaty.

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was big, nice, and comfortable. The location is close to restaurants and cafés.
