Hotels near Baykonur Metro Station, Almaty

Everything was organized and clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, 24/7 gym, I arrived at the hotel 7 hours before the check in time and the girl was really kind (Kamazhay) she told me the romm is ready for you and you can do early early check in by just paying 70% discount for the early check in fees.

We extended our stay and moved to the largest room (the suite) which was very comfortable and the hotel in general was excellent, with a beautiful view of the river.

The hotel is very good, with excellent facilities, although I didn't get the opportunity to try the pool. The staff are very friendly and professional and extremely helpful in all areas. The rooms are kept in very good condition and serviced regularly. The rooms are equipped with all varieties of supplies and disposables in case you forget anything. I loved the spacious walk-in shower. In-room dining is very good, the food is high quality, and room service support easy to use and courteous. Good selection of food types and a good wine list. The hotel is well located and provides transport facilities, at a small cost. The concierge is exactly what you would expect and you can ask almost anything, booking external restaurants, shopping and local information. There are plenty of comfortable meeting spaces and most areas have incredible views of the city and/or mountains. Next to the hotel, just a few minutes walk, is a shopping centre, the Essentai Mall, a high end collection of quality stores with a very good supermarket in the basement. I can highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure, and will definitely visit again when I am next in Almaty.
