The bed was extremely comfortable and ensured a very restful sleep. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was a highlight; it was diverse, delicious, and surpassed that of many other hotels I've experienced in Almaty. * **Tranquil Atmosphere:** The overall ambiance of the hotel is very calm and relaxing, from the reception area to the elevators, rooms, and restaurant. * **Helpful Staff:** I would like to extend a special thank you to **receptionist Malika** for her outstanding cooperation and service, which exceeded all expectations and added significant value to my stay.

Clean and comfortable stay right in the heart of Almaty. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful people. Staying here made our time in Almaty even more incredible. 100% recommended hotel.
