I like the location and the staff. The location is very convenience to walk to the restaurants, coffee shop, bank,..etc. The staff (rate 10/10) is very helpful, friendly, and provide the good guidance on travel itineraries to visit several places in Pakse. He helped the guests to save cost on traveling to visit the interesting places in Pakse. He suggested me to join the group in the mini van with other guest so the cost per person is cheaper and more fun. Indeed, he helped to book the night bus ticket for my family from Pakse to Vientaine.

Tina, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always there to assist and guide with anything I need. Abu Bakar, one of the staff members, is very knowledgeable about the area and is always available to help book tuktuks or taxis. I even felt comfortable asking about the safest way to return to the hotel late at night. Tina even gave me access to the kitchen and offered me free food, which made me feel right at home. The mattresses in the room are so comfortable, which isn't always the case in other places I've stayed in Laos.

Our host Noi was exceptional. Very good communication skills and very helpful with restaurants, rentals, and general information. they have a very nice, extensive breakfast. Their location was great for us, it was near the large market, also by te river and the main bridge across.
