Very clean and comfortable. Also great location

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The HAVC Ddid not work and they upgraded us in a bigger and beautiful room. We are so Thankful. Beyond our expectation!

Great location in the heart of the city near the restaurants and Night Market. Room was a good size, bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. A/C did its job too. Staff are very helpful and you get a good hot breakfast with great coffee each morning.

The location is extremely convenient and the staff are very friendly. The room stays nice and warm, and the shower experience is excellent. Breakfast was really nice with lots of healthy options.

The room was well equipped with lots of space and very clean, the front desk stuff was truly great, helping with all I needed as a new visitor to the city. The gym and pool were great too. Lots of stores and coffee to get what you need in the area.

Clean and comfy. Pool on the roof looks chill but didnt have time to swim myself. They also have washing machine on top floor.

Everything was clean and very standard quality for ibis hotel worldwide standard. No complains about facilities especially in Laos.

Reception staff are super friendly and professional. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the bedding very comfortable too.

location is in the city centre

Good room, clean bathroom, friendly multilingual staff and decent price.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, the food is delicious, it has a chill swimming pool, and the staff is thoughtful and professional. I booked here because I was on a business trip, and the stay was very comfortable. The weather in Laos is fresh and pleasant

Great breakfast. Fast and reasonable laundry service, great location.

Beautiful accomodations. Very clean. Helpful staff.

The Hotel is very nice and clean with nice laundry crisp bed linen. The bathroom too is nice and clean with nice hotwater in shower. The toilet has water spray/ shower to wash private parts ( it limits use of toilet paper and reduces crushing and killing of tender trees that are used to make toilet paper) The breakfast is amazing, it has lots of varieties. The breakfast staff is so nice and polite and they make your morning in a very good mood.

It is well kept. People were really friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good.

Super clean, quiet in a very good location with really helpful staff.

Lovely 1950s style decor, manager and staff very nice

The food was delicious The pool was nice Location was fantastic Staff were friendly and helpful

The place is very for its price, they even have a room service. The food that they service is delicious and the portions are very big. The location is maybe a bit loud, but other than that the place is definitely worth the price

Im come back Vientiane after my trip last year, this hotel is still good and everything look like new. I like breakfast here, it better than another hotel I has stayed before in Laos.
