The staff were stellar. Mohamed and his front desk team are amazing.

Nice hotel, good location for the airport bus, with it dropping you off a few minutes walk away and only a bit of a walk to get into old town

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff.

Unique location! The hotel is located between two museums and the philharmonic. Quick access to the old town. The view is stunning! The area feels isolated in a good way, which emphasizes its uniqueness! The staff was nice and helpful My room was bright with a great view I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Nicely restored and perfectly located.

Nice and clean with nice attention to details. Amazing breakfast and good service!

Everything was good! The breakfast is ready good., have a coffee and water machine outside the apartment lobby., is clean, quiet. I recommend.

The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located within walking distance from historical center of the city, surrounded by green area. The room was clean with all needed facilities. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful location, helpful staff, parking in the property, comfortable mattresses, nice view

I didn't meet the owners, but they provided clear enough instructions on how to get it and made it very easy to do so. They also provided contact details, so I assume it would have been easy to solve any issues. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood a bit far from the center, but public transportation in Luxembourg is free for everyone and is quite frequent, so it's not an issue. There is a direct bus from here to either the city center, train station, or another direct bus to the Pfaffenthal lift. The room was clean, there is one shared toilet on the upper floor and one bathroom with a shower on the bottom floor.

Central position in the city close to the train station. Plentiful breakfast and a good price compared to the other accommodations. Friendly staff.Well furnished, clean room.

Very close to the train station. Room is very clean and comfortable. Fully air-conditioned. Looks new!! Outside the hotel is vibrant with bars and many Asian restaurants! Value for money!!

Excellent location in the city center yet the hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and having an art theme was an added bonus.

While old, this hotel is beautiful, clean and wonderful. Its location was perfect for our trip to the Christmas markets.

Very good breakfast, great location.

The room was simply amazing. I stayed in the Safari suite and it was comfy, clean and well prepared

The bed was absolutely exceptional. If your goal is real rest and quality sleep, this hotel delivers. The mattress was incredibly plush, the pillows were perfect, and the room felt intentionally designed for comfort. I especially appreciated the sleep essentials offered — multiple pillow options, eye masks, and thoughtful touches that actually support deep rest. Everything about the property felt beautiful, calm, and comfortable, making it an ideal place to truly unwind.
