The staff were amazing any problem they sorted out within minutes. Mausam who serves lunches was so good made me ginger tea as I had sore throat.

Everyone is hospitable, kind, and helpful, from the chef and the cleaner to the owner. The food in the restaurant is top-notch and quite affordable. Once, I didn’t like my meal, and they refused to charge me for it, which is something that rarely happens in Europe. Essentially, Europe should learn the principles of hospitality from the people of Mauritius. A warm recommendation for Le Pole! P. S. Chef from Kongo is making best cocktails! Great guy

Everyone was friendly and very helpful . There was always something to do and it was safe to walk around. The ground was beautiful and well kept

Everything is so charmul: architecture, rooms, furniture, staff. Delicious food and drinks. Paradise!! Do not miss this small-scale refined hotel.

He was incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests. His thoughtful service really made my stay special. A big thank you to Ivan on behalf of my entire stay. Very fun decor and atmosphere. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great rooms with fans and ac. Over comfortable, safe, and had everything we needed. Fast WiFi for my work meetings.

This is facilities were nice and quaint and worth the money. However, there was just two of us and it was much bigger than what we needed. The owners were absolutely exceptional and their attention to meet our needs. The apartments are in an excellent location in grand Bay and we were able to rent a scooter and visit the entire island from there.

The staff are outstanding and hospitable (best of all the places we stayed in Mauritius. The rooms are lovely and simplistic with a little balcony/ terrace bit that’s still quite private. Breakfast was very nice too.

Our stay in Casa Florida was absolutely wonderful!! All the personnel was really really kind and helpful 😊! Beautiful boutique property. All new quality furnishings in the rooms. Great set up around the pool area with couches, loungers etc. Great value for money. The guest Relations Manager Nityam deserves a special mention. He was the most helpful, polite person you could meet.

We loved our stay here - it was a calm and quiet boutique hotel, and the experience felt luxurious. The staff were kind and went the extra mile to accommodate us. The food was tasty. The location was ideal - we had rented a car to get around which helped. If you want a calm and relaxing experience, I would certainly recommend. We also had a massage and it was excellent!

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Super friendly throughout. The breakfast was superb and didn't get boring during our 10 day stay. We also enjoyed many lunches and dinners in the most beautiful setting. The rooms were cleaned and freshened daily. Mount Choisy beach is one of the most beautiful on the island and we were lucky to be right on it. Beach access for swimming is a short walk but a beautiful one. I would come back here in a heartbeat

Everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and cozy, the aircon and fan made it better. The pool was incredible with stunning views of the beach.

Management and staff were extremely helpful. Special mention to the General Manager for going veyond his dity to makee our stay memorable. The cleanliness of our room was exceptional. Buffet breakfast had lots of variety. Would definitely sttsy here again. Great location in peaceful surroundigs.
