If you want to stay in the Centro Historico, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel itself is modern and were given a newly refurbished room with all the mod cons and even a drinking water tap in the bathroom (and help-yourself ice in the corridor outside our room). The paid-for breakfast (about £11 pp) was great—usual good hotel buffet selection and you can order a la carte eggs at no extra cost—with lashings of topped-up coffee. On check-out day, they looked after our cases so we could explore before getting a late evening flight. All-in-all, a great hotel with nothing to fault it.

Perfect central location! The hotel is located right in the middle of everything—perfect for exploring all attractions easily! Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the convenience of refilling our water bottles from the water dispenser in the hallway. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety! We wanted to visit the rooftop, but it was booked for a private party, something that, based on reviews, seems to happen quite often. The staff doesn’t speak English fluently, but we managed to communicate without issues—they’re all extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything’s quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and that was with a protest right outside

A nice, clean hotel in the centre of Mexico City, close enough to walk to most of the tourist sites and very Friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is amazing, just in the very historical center of the capital. I had the room at the las floor with an amazing city center view to Palacio de Bellas Artes, Torre Latinoamericano, Ministry of foreign Affairs. The room was clean, although the furniture was old but in good condition. The hotel staff was friendly.

Perfect location in the centre and nice view of the city from our room. Very clean and gentle staff. We got a very nice and quiet room at the 5th floor We asked to change our room for a bigger one and the staff of the reception was very helpfull and gentle. They also provided us a very good and cheap taxi for/to aereoport and other usedul information about the city

Hotel Fleming is close to the Hidalgo Metro station and the historical center of Mexico city. The restaurant serves good breakfast for a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and competent, We could deposit some luggage a few days before we checked before we checked in the first time and between our first and second stay in hotel Fleming. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

It was okay for one night. I had a bed and a shower.

Large room and large bed, comfortable mattress and pillows, hot water, window and natural light, good location, friendly staff. My room was away from the common hallway and elevator so I didn't hear much noise from other guests. I was very happy with my stay

The breakfast was good with high quality of food. It is in a very good location, so you can walk around. The staff was really very helpful and the hotel in general was extremely safe.

Great breakfast with excellent service. Hotel staff amazingly welcoming. Didlier was a rockstar and helpful upon arrival. Conceirge Elizabeth provided a fun and welcoming arrival experience.

It was fantastic! Very offordable for a nice comfortable stay in a perfect location. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, water replaced every day. Everything that you'd expect from the Ritz.
