Hotels near Paraiso, Tulum

We had a great stay at this place. The place was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Our stay at Kai Hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the stylish decor to the impeccable service, was remarkable. Our room was comfortable and beautiful, providing the perfect retreat after days spent exploring Tulum's beauty. The kindness of the staff was also exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return to Kai Hotel for another unforgettable stay.

Beautiful setting, our ocean front villa was just amazing, the views were great. Food at the restaurant was also lovely!

This hotel is very well located, inside the Tulum National Park, on the ocean front, with a private enclosure, a swimming pool, restaurant service and beach amenities. It additionally provides for free bicycles, which are an ideal means to reach Tulum's important Maya archaeological site, located only ten minutes away. The staff is very well disposed and efficient.

Staff super friendly, delicious food, location is great, what more can you ask for?

A friend has been coming here for years and I finally got to experience Hotel Pocna! I absolutely loved the hotel, clean beaches and the service was absolutely wonderful. I will be back!!

Everything. Its a paradise. They have the best beach on entire cost, with beautiful sandy entrance which further away has rocks, separating it from the main coastline. The environment and design was stunning. We loved how authentic it was, not spoiled with fancy materials. Excellent staff going extra mile. Great food at the restaurant. Yoga in the morning and later breakfast. Although rooms have no AC only fans, it was enough for good sleep (and I am a person coming from far north always suffering from heat). Pure perfection.

Super friendly staff and great cenote experience

The breakfast on the rooftop (not included) was very convenient as it was the only place we could get coffee at 7am :-) The staff, including the servers at the rooftop resto, were always very helpful. We couldn't try the pool....but would you when there's the ocean and cenotes not too far away ;-)

Loved this hotel! It’s situated between the beach/ hotel zone and downtown so an ideal location to explore. The free bike service was very helpful. Rooms were great with everything you need. What really made this stay however was the staff! They were all so accommodating and friendly and gave us some great recommendations.

Amazing hotel with exceptional rooftop pools, views and restaurant.

Tasting of mexican spirits was awesome. One of my greatest experiences in Mexico.

Even if the hotel is very close to the Tulum centre, the overall structure is surrounded by trees that ensures a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

Great values for money. I would stay again even a week. Big rooms, clean, great service and care. Nice pool and lovely garden. Quiet. You will need a car or to rent a bike at least. Near by cafes and restaurant for breakfast and dinner. And a massive supermarket.

Great location right opposite the supermarket and close to everything. Easy to find and a nice clean room with hot shower and a comfy bed. We were very happy with our stay and the Zen music in the lobby was nice . After spending 5 days at the beach coming into town to experience another side of tulum was great . The staff were very helpful and easy to talk too. We will stay here again on our next visit and not at the beach area. Value for money.

Great service at the front desk. Liz is wonderful!!

There were so many additional extras to make you feel comfortable, from having towels in a little bag to take down to sunbathe and delicious herbal teas brought to your room before bed.

So many trees and plants in the lobby and fantastic daiquiri at the sky bar. They were so kind and allowed us to leave our luggage prior checking in and also checking out, lending towels and anything we need even before our stay.

Overall, it's a great hotel, with a really good value. I've read several conflicting reviews about the room, so I'll give my opinion. They took a big risk by opting for a more modern layout, integrating the sink countertop into the bedroom and separating the bathroom from the shower stall. But we liked it, and it never caused any inconvenience. The room has a minibar and a coffeemaker, and they replenish coffee and water daily. There's also water at reception, and you can refill your own bottles. The entire hotel is modern and new, including the facilities, not just the rooms. Cleanliness is top-notch in all areas. The pool is very good, a sufficient size for the size of the hotel. In addition to the pool, which has a bar open until late, they have a rooftop bar (open Thursday through Sunday) and four jacuzzis, as well as hammocks and lounge chairs. Breakfast was sufficient for the four of us; each of us could choose from a continental or American breakfast, eggs, and Mexican chilaquiles. If you're traveling with your family, you can mix and match orders so everyone can have a little of everything. Coffee and milk are refillable. If you don't have enough, you can order other options (which are not included in the price). We received excellent service at the bar from Rodrigo. The prices could be more generous, but it's a boutique hotel bar, so you can't expect anything different. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. There's even a large supermarket just a block away, so you can buy some supplies for your room.

Great location, safe neighbourhood. Newly refurbished, nice rooms.

Super friendly staf. Supermarkets around. Amazing location
