This was not my first stay at OTIA, the first was great but this time around a couple of things were off. The first being that the shower in the bathroom did not work well. The shower flooded when me and my friends used it. The second thing I hated was that the power outlets did not work with most western outlets and the staff at the hotel did little to help. I felt bad taking my friends there because things were so different from when I went the first time around.

Point 1: The room allocated to us, had a bed smelling in the bathroom, we have asked to fix, but no success and they had to change our room. Point 2: on both rooms they gave kits for one person. In the first night we called the receptionist and they replaced everything. In the second day same thing happened and they didn’t replace anything. It was very disappointing situation to me and my wife.
