Great reception service, very tasty breakfast, perfect location.

Very close to the airport. Nice room. We had a offer and the parking was included in the price

great hotel next to the airport, they provide shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes. they have spa center which was perfect

The location near the airport was great for taking the free hotel shuttle back and forth to the airport. The hotel shuttle made getting to and from the hotel to the airport less stressful and easy. The desk attendant, Yanic, was very helpful in storing our baggage and arranging an early check- in. The hotel staff was also helpful in getting our airplane tickets printed out which made our airline check-in much easier.

I loved the swimming pool and gym facilities

Shuttle to and from the airport provided. Service was exceptional. Staff went out of their way to give good and helpful ad u e on dining.

We always stay at Citizen M when we are flying through Amsterdam. Cheapest hotel walking distance from the airport. Rooms are on the small side, but beds are big and comfy and you have everything that you need. They even have a luggage room for large bags so that you do not have to take all luggage to your room. Breakfast is good. Bar and some bar food available in the evening.

Would have prefered a bath tub. Did not have breakfast.

Staff member, modern and big room & bathroom, toiletries, comfortable bed, water/coffee/tea in the room, amazing pizzeria nearby, good location, nice smell inside.

Nice location , 10 minutes walk to city center , a nice ecology park and good location

Very comfortable bed. The food was very good and the hostess at the restaurant was very helpful. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle. That was my first priority booking the hotel.

Excellent breakfast as well we had dinner and your chef is excellent! Friendly staff and impeccable service all around!

Quick check in and out and comfortable beds. And the restaurant is INCREDIBLE. We had lamb and rice for dinner and it was one of our favorite meals on a 10 day trip. Insanely good.

Amazing location- very helpful staffs. Even gave me coffee at 4am while waiting for bolt.

Great staff and nice accommodations. The dining room was excellent and the food and staff were exceptional.

I highly recommend this place! Comfortable, quiet, very close to the airport!

Across the street from a McDonald's that is open until 3am. Super friendly staff. A short walk to a bus stop which is short ride to airport to hop a train. Having on-site parking makes it even more convenient.

The super friendly and polite staff, facilities, cleanliness, and service.

Very nice staff and immediate assistance eventhough we arrive early..i love staying at Bastion

Everything new. New beds with super soft bed sheets. Very very comfortable. Excellent Breakfast. Reliable airport shuttle. Only 15 minutes

Quite convenient for departing passengers. Service of staff was more than good.

Remote location not very well known and connected. No intercom. Staff was not at all courteous not even dressed properly. There are many others like thrdr.
