Everything was wonderful - room, breakfast, spa facilities

The welcoming staff, the perfect service, the "tailored" breakfast, and the aesthetic detail in the interior decoration.

Wonderful location and historic place. Staff is super welcoming, easy going and very helpful.

Excellent location with terrace café on the Brink (the old market square). Owner is accommodating and friendly. Room was quiet (on side alley) and comfortable. Generous tasty breakfast. Overnight bicycle storage inside.

We were in Deventer for a family wedding. The Finch is very close to the train station and right in town - so close to shops and eateries. We really enjoyed the quietness. The room was large for the Nederlands and we had ample room. There was a good shower and vanity with a separate toilet on the other side of the room. The room had quirky decor with a record player on one bedside table and a stack of books on the other - it set the tone for a fun few days with family. The staff were amazing and friendly and always greeted us as we came and went. Reception area doubled as a bar which served all day till late. Breakfast was in this area too in the morning and it was GOOD - we really loved it. It was brought on a tray to the comfortable chairs and tables so it felt leisurely. Coffee was also good.

The location was perfect. I had a nice clean room with a perfect view. The breakfast was perfect, I really enjoyed.

Right in the centre!! We got called that the room would be available earlier which was amazing!!! The room has a very nice vibe! The bicycles could be stored in a building close by.

Helpful and friendly staff which goes out of their way to accommodate any requests!

The room was spacious and the queen bed was great. Nice clean bathroom. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Very comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. A nice location that is fairly quiet, even given that the train tracks are very close by.

As always - top level. Location a little bit out of the city, with own parking for free. Very impressive and large rooms, nice and clean. In addition very good restaurant and impressive wellness area.

THIS IS A REAL PLANE.We could have imagined that this B&B would be unique. But we didn't expect it to have the same level of facilities and comfort as a luxury hotel room. They even have a sauna on board. The host couple were very welcoming. The apple pie made by the hostess was a heavenly delicacy.

Central location. Easy parking. Exceptionally clean. Very quiet. Terrific food. Wonderful service.

Such a gem! Charming historic property. Beautiful style and attention to details for comfortable travel. The staff are very attentive and friendly. And the restaurant was one of the best I’ve ever been to. Delicious creative food that is presented artfully.

The hotel is located in the city, yet I could enjoy the tranquility and the breakfast was fulfilling. I love that they also gave free coffee & tea so I could drink it in my room. I arrived a little late that night, but they were still kind enough to open the door for me :) The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. If I had to choose a hotel in Zutphen, I would definitely choose the Hampshire Hotel - 's Gravenhof Zutphen again.

breakfast was amazing and the entire staff were very friendly.
