Everything... but here are some highlights... great staff, they all are friendly, thoughtful and caring. Great atmosphere in hotel everyone working together for the benefit of guests...rare these days. Room was large, air-conditioned, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Easy walk to central station and other transport links and main attractions. This will be my go to place in Rotterdam. Note: the staff thoughtfully upgraded me to an air-conditioned room due to a rare, but warm, Rotterdam city... many thanks again

Nice and quite place next to small lake. 15 min walk to ciry center. Communicatiin with host was perfect- on time and supportive. Reccomend!

The girl at the reception and the owner are super, super kind. They are smiling, talking nice and welcoming. They have let me place my luggage and backpack there until check-in time. The girl at the reception gave me cable to charge my laptop as I had some work in it. I liked the fact that the entry to my room was from another door outside, which somehow gave more privacy and made me feel I'm home. At the entrance, a very good smell in the hall. The room is clean and good and has a nice view on the garden, the bed is comfortable, there is a TV that is working well. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and spacy. There is an air conditioner which is a good thing. The room is silent, I took a calm nap after my check-in, and I slept at night with zero noise, not even from the other rooms. The breakfast was good and has a variety of choices. At the checkout, they accepted to place my luggage till I came back for them because I have my train later. In conclusion, the owner of the hotel cares a lot about her clients, which is very clear.

The owner helped me with papers i had to print saving me so much time minimising my stress These small details and behaviours are the ones that trully matters and make you close your eyes if some other details are not perfect Thank you

The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was really great for commuting withing the city as a tourist. The rooms had everything that i needed in it.

Everything was great: location, staff, option to rent a bicycle for the whole day.

Receptionists were all friendly and warm. We were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a Bonus. The Breakfast was amazing. Wide variety and clean, comfortable Breakfast area. The beds were so comfortable and room was big and nice and clean. Location is just 6 minutes walking distance from the train station Centrall and the area near the Hotel is vibrant with lots of restaurants and shops. My friend and I totally enjoyed staying at this Hotel.

I love the people who are working in this hostel! Always very polite. Helping. Any issues or questions I had, they were taking care of that all in an instant. Bravo. Il be back again definitely

An amazing Dutch experience!! The location was convenient for my purposes, close to the metro line and to the center. The room was clean and adequately furnished. Regarding housekeeping, it was consistent and respectful of my schedule. All the people running the hotel were professional and responsive, especially at reception.
