Perfect location for first-time travelers. Felt like a petit boutique hotel with excellent organic food and more than friendly service. Loved the breakfast!

The pod idea is great. You have your personal space once you can check in. Amazing location, so walkable, near Central Station and the canal/shopping/eating area of Utrecht. Wonderful friendly staff. Safe and clean. Great bar for coffee in the morning. I stayed a few nights.

Great location in the city centre, close to everything. Beautiful bathroom with a big bathtub. The beds are big and comfortable. Nice view through the window. Quite during the night, you can get enough sleep. The rooms are clean and big.

Loved the location, close to shops and restaurants. The decor was beautiful and the history of the building, very nice.

It is well located, 10 min walking from the train station and you can do all you want from there. It was staying at a place full of history. Bed comfortable, well equipped, cozy…just a place to stay always there

I am registered as disabled with Ziekte Parkinson's and as a result my walking and general mobility is limited. However these challenges for me represented no problem to the staff at Chao. They treated me as a normal person; every request was met with kind accommodation - even plugging my scootmobile to the mains electricity. I am grateful for the assistance and courtesy. I shall stay there again.

The room was wonderful, I especially liked the little nook by the windows. I'd often relax up there with my Switch, and take in the sounds.

Everything! We love this place, one of our favorite places we stayed during our 4 weeks of traveling this summer. The owner is lovely and has thought of everything. Wine, coffee, recommendations for the area. My husband had to work a few days while we were here and the internet was very good. We loved having coffee or a drink by the canal, slow mornings and relaxing evenings were great watching the boats and paddlers go by.

Very nice hotel, great location with a number of restaurant options nearby. Room was uniquely decorated with all the ammenities needed. Staff was welcoming, professional, and willing to give good restaurant recommendations.

Excellent from check in to check out. Staff, breakfast, location (inside the shopping mall), cleanness…. Everything is was amazing. I super recommend staying at Hilton Utrecht.
