Very welcoming and friendly staff, everything from the lobby to the halls to the room was spotless. Inside the room itself was spacious and very comfortable and the air conditioning was very appreciated. A short walk to the nearest tram and metro stop so travel around the city was very easy. Great place to stay and we would highly recommend.

Great location right next to the station where you could pretty much get the train, tram, bus or metro every 3 mins to everywhere you needed to be. The rooms were lovely as was the bar & restaurant. All the staff were friendly & helpful too. The girl checking me out even wished me Happy Birthday which totally caught me off guard!

very basic breakfast, you expect much more and a bigger variety when you pay more than € 200 for a room. rooms were ok, but really just ok. service was attentive, friendly and helpful.
