Hotels near Kloverhuset, Bergen

Perfect location, very good breakfast, very nice staff. Just the perfect hotel.

Beautiful view from the windows, nice room, cery clean, delicious breakfast.

Superb breakfast selections. Premium ingredients. Just delicious. There was a live piano performance during breakfast, which was so nice. Comfortable room + spotlessly clean. Great location as well (near train station and all the attractions). Very friendly and helpful staff. We had Jakob (at the check out) and another lady at the check in. Both showed genuine care and made us feel welcome here.

The Room was very comfortable. The Reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was great. The Room was very comfortable with clean tidy beds with good night's sleep. Great WiFi and room was very spacious. The Flatscreen TV was a bonus.

This is a charming new hotel located in a fun part of Bergen! I loved the French decor and Edith Piaf and others continuously steaming through cached speakers in the hallways and rooms. The bathrooms had brilliant marble and fun ceiling mirrors. Even with the impressive decor, the staff is what stole the show. Princess was the first to greet us. She answered all our questions, gave us important information about Bergen, shared recommendations, and gave us a packed breakfast for the day we had to leave early for our fjord tour. Joyce, Alexis, Stef, and Paul, also deserve special shout outs. They were professional, accomadating, and excellent at anticipating our needs. They called taxis, prepared packed breakfasts, found seats at the hotel, and just made us feel welcomed. This hotel gets an A++ for its special staff and customer service practices. Finally, it’s an interesting concept that I’ve only seen in movies where the hotel guests can get “taken up” into the busyness and crowds of the brasserie. The Charmante is a hotel but I learned that people are really into the French cuisine & wines at the restaurant. As we came during the Christmas season and within the first 3 months of the hotels opening it was VERY busy with dinner guests— but I loved the buzz. And if some do not like this, they can just go to their rooms— the noise does not follow :-)

The staff were wonderful and the hotel fulfilled my needs for my short stay. The location was good and all my expectations were met. Thankyou

Location, good price, easy to check-in and check-out.

Comfortable beds, very quiet, decent breakfast. I liked the desk and chair as well.

Great location and very clean

Everyone was amazing! Loved it! Can’t fund a negative!! Location was perfect! Grocery next door was a great plus!

Location, clean, and everything new!

Location. Price. Breakfast. Room

Great location, you can walk to everywhere in Bergen, nice for self service in modernity hostel now , we spent only two nights and appreciate with.

Clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of hot and cold items: from eggs and bacon, to cold cuts and cheeses and salad items. Easy stroll into the Old Town and the harbour

Would have preferred several suggestions for breakfast. And at least one suggestion for parking.

The hotel is centrally located in Bergen in a beautiful building. The staff is very welcoming and friendly! We were fortunate that our room was ready upon our early arrival, and they surprised us with a junior suite upgrade. A Christmas tree in the room made it so special. The room was clean, spacious, and had such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. We had dinner in Frescohallen, and it was a wonderful experience. The servers were attentive, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also wonderful! Plenty of variety. The staff kindly stored our luggage on checkout and called a taxi for us when we needed to leave. I would easily recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again.

The location is very convenient for visiting the city. We came by ferry and the hotel was 3 min walk from the ferry terminal and very close to the city center and all turistic objectives.

Location was great, friendly staff, clean room

Great location in Bergen, close to everything. Charming old world feel and a warm welcome from staff, would stay again for sure

Very good breakfast buffet and location close to light-rail to airport and inner-city sights.

Location, style, cleanliness but most important, the exceptional staff. All of the people I came in contact with were kind, helpful, efficient and compassionate as I was dealing with my husband’s medical emergency at the hospital, the staff make me feel at home in a safe comfortable environment. The best service I’ve ever had.

The location is very good. Very close to bergens highlights.

Location and staff is friendly!
