The friendly staff and rewards discount

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Galleria Manila during my work trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the spacious room was a perfect retreat after a long day of meetings. I loved the bath tub in the room and the excellent water pressure—it was so refreshing! The hotel also offers a 24-hour gym, which was a great bonus. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Huge applause to the staff for making the experience so pleasant.

The staff, location, and clean

An old hotel but it’s clean, spacious rooms, aircons are working well, location is perfect.

Excellent service. Staff attentive and welcoming, Cuisine selection excellent with option to order dishes hot and custom made. Ample space to select table of choice.

Appreciated the leniency and flexibility. The lady who handled the check-in did an excellent job.

The TV was a smart internet TV that has a screencast function. Ditch the TV plus box. It has a shower heater which was sufficiently warm.

We love that the place is very spacious and have a kitchen so we can cook. It can also accomodate big groups. The location is great too! It's very accessible. There are stores nearby and a mall too. The property owner also gave clear instructions on how to check-in.

Staff was extremely helpful, finding solutions to all our needs, from wifi, services nearby, transportation assistance!
