Friendly bilingual staff. The 'room' is more like an apartment. Steep stairs were no problem for me but some people might struggle. They were accommodating of a late check-in

My room was terrific! I had a terrace that looked right out onto the beach with a beautiful ocean view! The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket in the closet if the ones supplied were not enough!
