The hotel exceeded my expectations very clean, friendly staff and a great location.

I booked the wrong kind if room and the staff was keen to help change to the type I needed at no extra cost. Very good location. Room looked really good and comfortable. Very food size, ideal for a couple.

The guy at the reception, who met us on the arrival date (29 Sept) and was there on our departure date (4 Oct) was so friendly and supportive: he prepared invoices and lunchboxes and did everything to make us feel home. So we are very grateful to him, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. But hugely thanks to him, my feedback is very positive.

I liked everything, the room.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — great variety and quality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

very liked the hotel. very friendly and welcoming staff, very good English speaking . very kind and responsive receptionist. The hotel staff can be contacted for help and they will quickly solve all your questions. The hotel has a kitchen (microwave, electric kettle) as well as vending machines with coffee and drinks in the lobby ( this is very convenient, especially when you arrive in the city late at night and everything around closed). also can order breakfast in the department, it is delicious, multi-faceted and for good money. also convenient, that there is a 24-hour reception desk and you can come anytime. also the hotel is in a good location, very convenient transportation interchange. around many shops. in the room very clean. Very bright hotel, clean and cozy

Clean and spacious room and bathroom, large screen TV, good quality iron and ironing board, very comfortable bed and good quality amenities. Nice to have access to balcony.

The location was great for what we needed, comfortable and new. In fact it was closer to restaurants, which we didn't expected. Parking just in front of the property, large room, coffee on the hallway and very close to the industrial area.

Large comfortable bed. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV in the room. Desk with chair, armchair - wow! The floor is completely covered with carpet - a pleasure to walk barefoot. Wardrobe and huge chest of drawers! Two stylish night lights on the bedside tables, mirror and paintings on the walls - little things, but also stylish. The bathroom has everything you need. The girl at the reception kindly provided boiling water upon request (if you have tea / coffee with you). The hall, stairs - everything is very cozy and a New Year's atmosphere is created. The location is super quiet and cozy, without street noise. To be honest, I would live here, I did not want to leave this place!

Very nice room on 2 levels and awesome staff

The hotel is nice. You have everything you need except restaurant. It is a very good location, not very far from the metro station. Great option for students and for all those who come in Bucarest for business. Stuff on the reception is kind. Very good price.
