Exceptional experience , the staff are welcoming and supportive, the rooms are beautifully designed the quality is superb.

New hotel at convenient location for my case. It was a right selection as traffic is bad in Riyadh. Everything is new in the hotel. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is good. I stayed for 1 night and I enjoyed it. I did not have time to try their facilities like swimming pool, gym and spa.

The location is wonderful and in an area that is green and walkable.

New hotel in great location and beautiful modern design, customer service was top notch, and the staff are the stars here. a particular thank you to Wafi who was very helpful and welcoming. will definitely stay again

the room is big and clean, staff are very friendly and polite specially Mr. Noor. the room has a very nice smell at the time of check-in. according to value then it was perfect

Pleasant enough room with the usual Arabic shower all-in-one bathroom. Was fine for 2 nights. Can easily walk to Java coffee and gas station for coffee and supplies. Had kettle but not always bottled water.

The hotel's location near The Boulevard is a major highlight, as it allowed us to avoid the heavy nighttime traffic when returning to the property. The service was excellent, with a very friendly and helpful receptionist as well as a great bellboy. Inside, the two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious and well-suited for a family with kids, featuring a comfortable sofa and a small dining table. Overall, it offered great value for the price and was perfect for a quick getaway.

Clean, big rooms, near where we wanted to be ( university) and staff were all lovely!

the staff Mr. Muhammad on night shift really really good guy very supportive and great guy. Breakfast was delicious really.. Highly recommended this hotel. On day time Mr. Osman very cooperative and nice guy Thanks both of you guys 😊🙏

Most hotels are remotely managed in Riyadh. So you hardly ever interact with any Staff. So no clue on that
