A huge thank you to Nawaf and Dina at reception for their outstanding service. I’ve read so many positive reviews about Dina, and I completely agree—her attitude, professionalism, and amazing energy truly make every guest’s experience special and memorable. Breakfast was fantastic! Mr. Nasr Aldin greeted guests every morning with a smile, and Chef Ahmed ensured the food was perfect. The restaurant team consistently delivers an impressive experience. A special mention to Mohamed and the housekeeping team for their quick and efficient work—the rooms are always spotless! Room service was excellent too—fast, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible staff who go above and beyond for all their guests!

The staff are friendly and accomodating

Ovi is a wonderful person, his personal attention and service is superb and made breakfast the best part of the day. He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. The buffet was delicious and I really loved the nice soft background music, both pleasant and adding a touch of class. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the national museum but ended up loving everything about the hotel - the lobby is beautiful (and Umar from the lobby café very nice), and the fitness room great. Would love to come back!

It was my first time visit to Riyadh Saudi and i guess I got the best hotel. Room was so big and with all amenities Will stay again

Ms Latifa and Ms shouq those 2 female are suitable for any well organised establishment.they treated as a family member Also very polite behaviour..

Room service was great, not necessarily during morning time but in afternoon too. Provided efficient room cleaning and repleneshing of supplies like water, especially Zubaid that catered to our rooms needs. Restaurant staff were understanding too.

It is a very nice and clean hotel, and it is available at a reasonable price and the location is in a very good area.

Hotel was better than expected. Clean and well maintained rooms. Had a buffet breakfast, which had a decent spread. But after trying 2-3 hotels in Saudi in this range, this was my favourite.

Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. I got in from an event at 4 am and they gave me a free late check out which was greatly appreciated.
