The hotel provides a real boutique atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served a-la-carte which is a nice change from the standard buffet breakfast normally provided. The location is great for romantic and culinary walks along the river.

Location: very good, walking distance to river and restaurants. Clean room with view of the city.

The receptionist was so helpful when booking a cab to the airport on short notice and really went the extra mile. The facilities are great for kids and it's a short walk to Havelock MRT to travel anywhere.

From the coordination with our stay even before I arrived, the staff was very accommodating — special shoutout to Voon who answered all my questions and helped us throughout our stay. My mom is a senior and I was worried if the place is too hilly for her but the convenience of Lloyd’s Inn being near Orchard made up for it. ✨ We all loved the room we stayed at and I don’t think I’ll even consider other places when I go back ❣️
