Perfect location on the beach and rooms are amazing.

The place is absolutely beautiful. It feels like you’ee in a little house in the jungle (so nice). People were also really nice and helpful. Would book it everytime and also recommend.

Everything was perfect, the room was beautiful and clean, the staff was also very pleasant and accommodated all my requests. All in all, a very pleasant stay at the Sino Siam Hotel! ❤️

I heartly recommend this little hidden paradise. So beautiful, quite, calm and peacefull place with a good spirit around. The accomodation is comfortable and cozy, the swimming pool is amazing and the vibe of this place is just gorgeous. Just behing the resort you can enjoy untouched nature with stunning mountain views and many animals around. I really liked this area, elephants crossing the roads touched me a lot. So I really enjoyed my stay here far away from loud streets. Thank you for everything and wish you a lot of happy customers✨🙏💚

What a great place! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. This is such a hidden gem! The location is just breathtaking. It’s between the beautiful mountains and for ur close enough to the sea. The room was very spacious and clean. I wish I had a bathroom that size at home😂😂😂 the pool is also very big and clean. Overal it’s just really well maintained. The staff works hard every day to keep the rooms clean, they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner and they are always busy to keep the garden looking fabulous. If you sit on your porch you can enjoy the beautiful views, the tropical birds flying around and the cute colorful lizards! Places like this are the reason my husband and I love Thailand so much. And then there is the staff. They are just so wonderful! So warm and welcoming.. We were traveling with my mother in law and she is 70. And they really made sure she was comfortable! Our motorcycle was leaking oil and they noticed right away and within an hour we had an new one. They just really pay attention to their guest. Honestly I can’t wait to come back! I hope the owner is very proud of this beautiful place and his lovely staff!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff were caring and attentive, explained everything clearly about the hotel and kindly helped me with my luggage. The rooms are absolutely new — very cozy and comfortable. It was quiet, which is extremely important to me, as I value peace and rest without noise. I stayed here only for one night due to work, but I will definitely come back again. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to try the breakfast, but judging by the description, it must be very good. Another big advantage is the location — the sea is just across the road, with beautiful and clean water. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and will definitely return.

This is truly a wonderful place. The villas are beautiful and situated in a stunning setting. Here you'll find peace and a real jungle atmosphere. The owners and their staff are super friendly and hospitable, true ambassadors for Thailand. We will definitely come back here.

Best bungalow on this beach (room 100) - gorgeous spot 😁 Great restaurant next door, with good cocktails, to watch the sunset. Restaurant opens at 10am, but they have a little prepackaged food stall up on the street - yummy omelette and rice and sweet coconut packages in banana leaves.

The view was the best we’ve had in the whole of Thailand

5 minutes to Klong Muang Beach. Friendly staff. Room tidy and clean. Worth for money.

Our stay at The Simple Place was the best stay we've had so far in Thailand. Rose, the manager, and the other staff, like Jeff, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They helped us with everything and are the most helpful people we've ever met (and we travel a lot!). The place is spotless, with an amazing location just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 12-minute drive from Ao Nang. Some afternoons, they set up a local market at the entrance to the hotel, which is the best and cheapest we've ever been to. The room is modern, very spacious, and secure, with a safe and a lockbox to leave your key so you don't have to carry it outside. There are also security cameras. It's a very new place; they had just had their grand opening party the day we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rose left us fresh eggs, WATER, some fruit, coffee, and tea every day for breakfast. Rose is a climber, so if you are too, she can recommend some great climbing spots. Excellent value for money if you need a place to sleep. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Abit loud facing the street, but not too bad. Very homely, with the staff feeling more like caretakers. Convenient and trustworthy motorcycle rental right next door.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was lovely, and the room was clean and well maintained.

I liked the peace and quiet, a feeling of being in the nature. It was great for resting and sleeping well. I liked the pool and the facilities. Sweet cats and cattle was chilling around the premises. I liked the sweet staff who was incredibly helpful - getting us a scooter and tickets for the ferry. They were very friendly.

The owner was so lovely, kind and helpful! When I arrived late, she brought me fresh fruit to my room, and had a scooter ready for me to rent, which was the best scooter I have had out of approx. 30. Room was lovely and with a nice terasse. Just be aware that there are some very cuddly cats who will join your breakfast, if you are allergic or dont like cats. Location is great if you rent a scooter and want something calm - but it is a bit difficult to arrive/leave from/to Ao Nang.
