I had a slight case of food poisoning the day prior to checking in here. When Ben a manager heard that, he immediately offered to send to my room rice porridge, bread, bananas and ginger ale gratis. It was a very thoughtful and generous offer of kindness. Gwen spoke with us daily and was always sincerely interested in hearing how we were doing. Richard was always very supportive and assisted us time and time again. Each and every staff member went above and beyond their duties. I can't name everyone, but wish I could. The general manager, a fine lady like the rest, reached out with another very kind offer to make us more comfortable. The hotel and restaurant are gorgeous. They provide a substantial breakfast which caters to both eastern and western palates. They have lively live music featuring various artists nightly. Staying here in Chinatown is like taking a stimulating step back in time to old Shanghai. Bravo to the Shanghai Mission Hotel for a job well done.

I enjoyed my stay , the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help. Kob and Pueng gave advice where to go and eat in Chinatown and organise a taxi if needed. The cleaning ladies Noy, Jimmy and Pu always made up my room leaving it spotless clean. Always a smile and welcome on my arrival,

This mini hotel places near the China town in the heart of Bangkok. Despite the location they offer good price per night with breakfast. We had a room with an air conditioning system, a comfortable bad, towels. The room was clear. They offer a good breakfast with eggs, fruits, natural coffee. I suppose it's nice offer. But a main star of this place is a big cat. I love this beautiful cat 😺

Location opposite Subway station allows easy access from airport and to get to many tourist sites. Breakfast. Mix of Thai and western dishes to fill you up for the day. Staff. Very polite and accommodating. Rooms spotlessly clean. Very reasonably priced.

It's an absolute gem in Chinatown. Spacious comfortable rooms, very kind staff, everything was very clean and nicely decorated in Chinese style. Comfy bathroom with everything you may need for your stay, including very nice slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, etc. Even a hi-tech toilet. There was a tea ceremony corner in our room too. Located in the very heart of Chinatown but on a quite street, it made it a perfect choice for our last night stay in Bangkok. I cannot recommend enough!

I absolutely loved the accommodation, thanks to the incredibly warm and helpful staff. The perfect location, nestled close to fantastic bars, food stalls, restaurants and even a great on-site coffee shop downstairs, made my stay truly delightful!

The staff at the reception was really kind and helpful. The room was comfy and well equipped. The swimming pool was great. The location is perfect: really close to China Town. I recommend this place.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff were absolutely delightful, they offered to drive you to the main road every time you left the hotel (for free). The room was great, with a large shower and a bathtub. Also, the hotel’s exterior and interior are breathtaking. The hotel is also located within a 10min walk from a ferry station which allows you to cross the river very easily. Would definitely stay in this hotel again, and thank you very much to the staff for making it an exceptional stay (receptionists, breakfast staff, housekeeping… ALL)
