Florya Grand Hotel is truly amazing. I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were extremely professional, polite, and friendly—especially the reception team, who were very responsible, welcoming, and kind. Lovely Hotel and Lovely Staff! From the very beginning, I always felt welcome. The incredible staff - Mr. Mert Mr. Berol, and Mr. Ibrahim were wonderful, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. I loved my room and the view itself. The Chef's culinary skills were astounding! It was truly a delightful experience.

Good staff & good cleaning & really was amazing hotel

Very kind and friendly staff — I’ve never seen such kind and friendly staff before! The room was clean, but it was a little humid inside, and the air-conditioning system didn’t work properly. Except this everything was good
