The hotel is located in a quiet area about 3 km from Marmaris and just a 3–4 minute walk from a small beach. The surroundings are clean and well maintained, and there is a swimming pool on-site. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with four bottles of water, and two more were left in the room the next day, which was a nice touch. A continental breakfast is served with a decent variety and sufficient quantity of food. The staff were polite and attentive, ready to help with information about beaches and places to visit. They also helped carry our luggage, which was appreciated, as the hotel does not have an elevator.

The location is perfect to restaurants and shops. However the taxi can not get there and you have to use your GPS to walk there after getting out of taxi. Was never told this even though communicated with property many times. We booked a seaview room with terrace and room was very nice. Breakfast excellent.
