Clean good staff help full customer service

Staff , location , amenities were perfect.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Special thanks to the front desk team and housekeeping — always smiling and ready to help.

Room was nice and clean. Room size is good. Staff very friendly. Price ok for one night. Parking free. Breakfast included. I do not want to criticise Turkish breakfast, as we are foreigners and have to adapt. Cannot expect a European ample breakfast. Certainly not for free.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ickale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I initially got a smoking room because I had forgotten to request a non-smoking one, but they changed it immediately without any problem. The breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed my morning walks through Ankara’s historic centre and up to the impressive Ankara Castle. https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dc0SV_iormE/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&mdxt=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==&srtk=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dc0U2OeIBNo/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&rpxt=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==&srtk=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dc3jKLDIcDk/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&mdxt=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==&srtk=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

It is a very nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to the train station. The breakfast room was very nice on the top floor with great views.

The breakfast was filling with local foods and international foods. Not having a fresh brewed cup of coffee was my only disappointment. I am an avid coffee drinker, and not a fan of instant coffee. However, overall the breakfast was great and the location was prime. The location provided immediate access (as you walked out the door) to restaurants, shops, and minutes walk to the metro.

We had to check out 2days earlier than planned and I got the refund quickly.

Very clean and well maintained, neat and as new hotel condition 👍

Our stay at SARR TAC MAHAL HOTEL was mostly a pleasant one. The restaurant staff during breakfast was exceptional. Breakfast at the hotel is really worth noting for its large variety of items and freshness. It was a top-quality breakfast, which meant our days started off with a full stomach and a positive note. The housekeeping staff should also be applauded for their diligence, responsiveness, and politeness. Housekeeping really made an effort to ensure that everything was fine with our room. The location of the hotel is really great, and it is right on public transport routes. The hotel is close to Ankara Mall and some of Ankara's most important and culturally rich tourist sites.

Location was great. Close to museums and historical sites. Also, good healthy breakfast prepared and served with care. Plus within walking distance to public transportation. Staff was always ready to help. My 6 nights stay was comfortable.

I recently stayed at Grand Hamit hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's breakfast buffet which was extensive with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The attention to detail and the variety of options really stood out. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated close to city center. Overall, Grand Hamit exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and ideal location.
