Pie, the receptionist, was very accommodating. She assisted me in securing a lower bed due to my foot injury. Upon checkout, I realized I had left some items in the room. P went the extra mile to ensure all my belongings were returned to me, and I was able to recover everything. I highly recommend this hotel — it has a great location and offers excellent value for money.

The proximity to the heart of Ximen was good. The location was at the fringe which was just a few minutes away on foot to where its all happening. There is no lack of food places for breakfast so if you plan to save some money, go with the room only and head out for breakfast. Free coffee/tea and water on the main reception floor. I had a room mate who is a little unsteady on her feet so the hotel do provide a bathing chair upon request which was really nice!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Taiwan Main train station and many restaurants and stores nearby. The service was also great. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious! We would love to come back!

    The room was perfectly sized for a solo traveler. It was clean and cozy. Toiletries were provided along with some tea bags and an electric kettle. I was on the 3rd floor but water pressure was good and the water temperature was consistent, unlike in the hotel I stayed at prior. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet part of town but is walking distance from the Dadaocheng dock which was one of my favorite parts of the city. Dihua Old Street is also a stone's throw away. There's a bus station just around the corner.
