The staff are warm and welcoming, creating such a friendly vibe that I felt right at home. They even stayed beyond their working hours to share suggestions on locations and touristy areas to visit. The rooms are spotless, and the air conditioning works like a charm, which was a relief after spending the day out in the heat. Location was great, walking distance to main train station and 2 subway stops. Night market in the area. Great shopping. Breakfast was varied, good, but quite expensive if you are a moderate eater. Very convenient though to eat in-house. Nice coffee machine in the lobby. Great system for storing luggage pre and post check-in
