The staff’s customer service is extraordinary — from the front desk tram to the bellhoppers. They were kind, hospitable and extremely helpful — made us feel like VIPS. I also had the best sleep in my trip in this hotel — loved the mattress and the sheets. This hotel is also centrally located, close to a metro station and close to the things we wanted to see and experience in Taipei.

The staff are warm and welcoming, creating such a friendly vibe that I felt right at home. They even stayed beyond their working hours to share suggestions on locations and touristy areas to visit.
