Staff was incredible and so helpful! I had an early train and only stayed for a few hours, they were welcoming and let me check out a little later so I could get some much needed sleep…thank you!!

My wife and I stayed at the Metro Hotel for a few days in July 2025. We were extremely satisfied with the experience. The room was pristine and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Oleksandra, and the manager, Oleksiy. They provided us with local tips and in general were very helpful. Just one little episode. When we left, my wife left her reading glasses behind. The hotel had sent me a friendly email offering to mail the glasses.

This newly built hotel is located in central Odessa, a 10-minute walk from the Derybasovska pedestrian street. Free secured parking is available.
