The area around the hotel, we discovered everything by foot. The view from the roof top was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Super modern. Beautiful. The lobby/ foyer is a beautiful spot that we found lots of people working from home in. The cafe inside is cute. Perfect location for us.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The front desk employees were very nice and very helpful. The room was a good size however there were four of us and four suitcases but no problem since we only were at the hotel to sleep. Location was good, lots of places nearby to eat and a short walk to the subway. Some people might not feel totally comfortable walking around when it is dark but me and my three kids did it every night when we came home. Beds are very comfortable. Good shower. AC worked well. Quiet in the rooms. Definitely recommended.

The property itself is very ideally located, close enough to downtown manhattan and also easily accessible to both Brooklyn and Midtown by Subway. Besides that you are basically near China town and also not that far from Little Italy. Also another thing that made our stay even better were the staff, they were incredibly helpful and friendly, we truly felt cared for, but I do have to give a special thanks to Sharonda and Luli who work at the front desk for being the friendliest faces we got to meet during our stay.

We were extremely happy with our stay here. The staff was very kind and helpful. They let us drop off our luggage before and after our stay, and brought us extra bedsheets on request. The room was spacious enough to store all our luggage and still have room to move around; all the facilities were clean and comfortable. The view from our room was also great. The location is unbeatable, close to bus & subway, and it's pretty easy to reach most places in manhattan/brooklyn within an hour max. There's plenty of bodegas and restaurants nearby where you can have a delicious meal for 5-10$. The area is also very safe, I felt comfortable walking around on my own as a woman, even in the evening. The hotel is also family owned and operated, so a great choice instead of supporting a chain. All in all nothing to complain about and great value for your money!

Incredibly charming hotel in an amazing area. This isn't a 5* Luxury resort on a private island; it's a historic building in the bustling and exciting cultural centre of New York run by real people and not a massive corporation. I always love my stays here. The hotel has everything that I like for a longer stay: large bed, large TV, good size fridge (not minibar), bathtub and fast Wifi. The rooms and hotel have a lot of character. Wonderful staff: friendly and can never help enough. I love it here; I can see why some reviewers are disappointed as the neighbourhood is, of course, noisy, and the hotel as a historic building has its quirks, but if you're looking for a real New York experience, then this is a great place to stay.

The staff were amazing, always smiling, helpful and polite. Jimmy at the reception was great. The rooms were spacious, very rare in NYC. Elevators are big and fast. Price was acceptable, location exceptional. Walking distance to Soho shopping and trendy restaurants. But if there is one thing that stands out it's the staff.
