Central location, helpful and friendly staff, very clean and double room we stayed in was big, loads of room. Also a mention for a chap on the concierge desk called Justin, couldn’t do enough for us and our 5 year old son

We started our US trip at this hotel. Tracie, who was very kind and helpful, took care of us. She gave us a beautiful room on the 21st floor with a breathtaking view. The room was clean, the beds were amazingly soft, and there was a beautiful homemade message waiting for us in the room, which we will display at home. Archer set the bar very high for our trip. Hotel is in the best location in NYC. It is opposite the New York Public Library and Bryant Park which is a little haven inside the big city. Close to Grand Central Station and Bryant Park subway - getting around NYC was really easy. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had an amazing few days.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I stayed there for 5 nights and then came back after 2 days for 2 additional nights. In the second time they upgraded me to a king size bedroom for free. The staff are delightful and generous, the rooms are clean and the location is great. After those 2 stays I came back to NYC for a couple hours and had my luggage with me. They let me store my bags with them even though I was not a hotel guest this time.

I loved the hotel, excellent professionals, I really like to highlight the service provided by Cedric, Billy and Jenn, excellent people and very professional, I recommend the City Club Hotel to all my friends and clients, thank you all, I will return soon.

Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and very nice bathrooms. Our 4th time staying there, if that’s says anything 😀

Great location, very helpful staff.

Breakfast was freely offered at the hotel entrance, very convenient. The location is very good for going to the Broadway theatres. The room and bathroom was very clean.

The localization is excellent just 2 blocks of Times Square and subway. The rooms size are good and has an elevator.

It's always a hassle finding a clean hotel with a great location, but this was easily offered with TBA.

Jess the reception lady was amazing she was so kind helpful. Jess went out of her way to help you in every way. All the staff were exceptional 😁 I would definitely stay there next time I’m in the city.

Stayed for 30 days and this was excellent for the price. The hotel had a great location in midtown Manhattan, just off Park Avenue with subway just a few minute's walk, and it felt very safe even very late at night. Had a room with private bathroom; the room itself was very quiet and clean, so had a good night's sleep every night. Would highly recommend for an extended stay. Lots of choice for eating and sightseeing nearby - you're basically in the centre of Manhattan with easy access to everything.

Wonderful location, we've booked a room with park view and it was amazing! Very clean, large bathroom compared to other NYC hotels, comfortable bed. The hotel team is very helpful! Plenty of good restaurants in the area. We celebrated wedding anniversary and received nice compliments :) Thank you Team!

The location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to Empire State Building, Times Square and Grand Central Station and 15-20 minutes to Central Park. Hotel staff super friendly and supportive. Choice of coffee options in the lobby and room keeping was perfect.
