As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

    This park is right next to New York Public Library and is a great place to relax in the Concrete Jungle. It is surrounded by architecture... so having breakfast, or coffee at Bryant Park is a delight. It's not big so it's a quick visit.

    Beautiful spot to visit.

    Beautiful spot to visit. Another nice thing to do in NYC that doesn't cost a thing! During the Holidays, there is a "mall" of artists and vendors selling unique and fabulous creations! Such a great holiday gift shopping experience! In summer, the park is beautifully appointed with flowers, the lawn is fresh, there are performances and entertainment . . . great site to check out! And don't forget! The NYC public Library is part of the property! The front steps are iconic!

    In midtown Manhattan, close to the subway stations and Grand Central Station, near all the important objectives in the area. 10-15 minutes walking distances to Empire State Building, Bryant Park, Times Square, Central Park, etc. Great customer service, needed their assistance and they helped me with everything.

Perfect midtown location next to the calm greenery of Bryant Park and 7 mins walk from Grand Central and Times Square subways (for fast access everywhere) and 1 min from Bryant Park Subway.

    Great location, close to Penn station. Empire St, bld, Bryant park etc. Subway 1 minute. We were 4 on room. Room was not so big but for such stay ok. Wifi strong. Room service very good. Facilities as well. We appreciated very much 24 hours coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate service with space for sitting. Sitting outside smaller but was also fine. Breakfast was good and waffles perfect. Not too many options though. Fruits = apples, oranges, bananas. We missed vegetable. Overall can only recommend as great option for your stay.

    Perfect location, close to Time Square. Bryant Park is just a few minutes of walk away. Breafast wasn't included but there are great places nearby to have a lovely breakfast. The room is tiny but it's Ok for a dew days of stay.

    Great location and I chose this hotel because I wanted a nice bright, airy room overlooking the park (most hotels in NYC are small and dark). My room was gorgeous with dual aspect windows overlooking Bryant Park and a lovely large bathroom. The room felt modern and the place was kept impeccably clean. The coffee and water downstairs was a much needed touch. My higher rating (8/10) is based solely on the room’s aspect and the fact that it felt spacious and bright… not really on the hotel or its facilities.
