The location is great very close to grand centtal terminal of the suhway. You can get Timesqueares, broadway, madison square garden and other interesting places just walking a few minutes. The room is oustanding.

I have a mobility problem, and the room (for handicapped persons) were extremely well equipped. The location two blocks from the UN is excellent as such, and of course even more so for some with limited mobility.

All bedrooms are labelled as a library category. Rooms are quite large with a built in TV and safe. There is no mini bar nor coffee/tea making faciltywithin bedrooms, although there is a 24/7 hour reading room serving refreshments and snacks.

Although the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the location absolutely perfect - a few minutes walk to Grand Central Station/5th Avenue etc. - the most stand-out thing at the Iberostar was the staff! Although we were in the middle of New York, where no-one really seems to care about anyone - the staff were so friendly, interested and helpful. Every request was promptly dealt with - and great suggestions from the doormen!

The rooms are very spacious compared to most hotels in Manhattan. Everything was clean and staff were very responsive. It’s walking distance to most of the central spots. The street gets quieter at the side of the hotel.

Stayed for 30 days and this was excellent for the price. The hotel had a great location in midtown Manhattan, just off Park Avenue with subway just a few minute's walk, and it felt very safe even very late at night. Had a room with private bathroom; the room itself was very quiet and clean, so had a good night's sleep every night. Would highly recommend for an extended stay. Lots of choice for eating and sightseeing nearby - you're basically in the centre of Manhattan with easy access to everything.

Placement was right in the heat of Manhatten. Time Square was like 30 seconds away. Lots of places to visit nearby. Public transport within reach. Really worth to stay if you are about to explore!

The localization is excellent just 2 blocks of Times Square and subway. The rooms size are good and has an elevator.

Perfect location to the Grand Central Terminal just across the E44 street. It is a 16-minute walk to the Time Square. The staff are very supportive and welcoming 🙏🏻 Thanks for all of them. The room was read early before the normal checking time.

The size of the room was good size for NYC. The bed wants pillows were very comfortable. The view from the balcony area was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating, making sure that the guest is comfortable and safe. I had an incident with a cab service i had booked to go to the airport, but it was a no-show. The reception intervened and assisted me every step of the way, quickly insuring me with a transportation service that reached the airport with perfect timing (though there was traffic AND i was late due to the initial no-show). This simply saved my trip and the transit. I am forever grateful <3 Absolutely amazing and convenient location, surrounded by eating spots and quick access to grand central. The complimentary morning tea and coffee were perfect especially with a bagel or viennoiserie available for purchase on the spot. My morning bagels quickly became a simple, comfy and fulfilling routine.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Cheaper than other nearby hotels, the staff is very helpful and respond quickly. The location is perfect. The roof top is great! Thanks to the team!
