Hotels near Dolphin Mall, Miami

the staff is so excellent and helpful big shout out to Eduardo and George excellent over magnificent service will definitely be back.

The staff were excellent. The desk was happy to immediately resolve every problem in my life. Very quiet in my beautiful room. Mall entrance is a four minute walk. Gave me breakfast and great coffee too. I saved big time on taxis.

Customer service was outstanding and very professional. Receptionist was very supportive.

Everything was spectacular ✨️

The reception staff is courteous and helpful with any questions. Very spacious and clean room. Excellent location close to Dolphin Mall and the airport. Plenty of parking.

Great location and excellent staff especially manager and breakfast team … would stay again.

The staff was speaking english fluently (not obvious for Miami) and they were all kind and helpful. My visit was in January 2024. The room and the hotel in general was 100% clean. Great advantages are the luggage storage after cheking out and before your flight and the free shuttle transfer they offer.

Amazing rooms, good air conditioning, lovely pool and a nice area.

First of all big thanks for the kindness, helpful and great Staff of Hotel especially as named of following persons: to Miriam, to Adriana, and to Alejandro 🙂 Everything was perfect. Location was perfect because each important things like Airport, Dolphin Outlet, Macy’s, big Malls, Target, Miami Beach were very closed to the Hotel. We also like the Valet Parkong service of the Car. It was amazing too🙂

location is great, breakfast is ok, Hotel overall is clean

Situated close to the airport and Dolphin Mall. Staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless. We were allowed to check in early after coming off a cruise, which was much appreciated. Free shuttle to the mall and airport was a real bonus. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Would definitely return again.

Clean, comfortable, close to the AirPort and roads, Nice restaurant

Everything !! Friendly accommodating staff Clean big rooms with everything you need Calm environment nice pool Perfect for a stay over and close to Dolphin mall

Good location and good space usage Deliberate determination to ensure guests are satisfied Value for money Cleanliness Calmness even in the midst of a maintenance or upgrade work going on

It's not too far from dolphin mall so Uber cost is relatively cheap. I liked the breakfast and that you all receive packages for customers.

Good variety of breakfast. Staff were very accommodating

The comfort…it was spacious…breakfast was great

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, diverse and tasty breakfast, free internet access. Everything was great.

The rooms were clean and the size of the one bedroom double queen was nice for a family of four. It was actually bigger than I imagined and expected.

Clean and comfortable. The shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was convenient and staff was very friendly.

The space, I went with my husband and my 4 kids, 11, 10, 9 and 2. The space in the room was perfect. Super friendly staff gives you tips and you have food delivery free of charge

I really liked having fresh orange juice and apple Juice. I wish they would not limit that to just breakfast hours though. I thought the complimentary breakfast was very good.

The room was really big. The beds were nice, comfortable, good mattress, pillows, duvets were just wonderful. The towels were also top class

Issela and daniela are the best
